Coastal House Tour on Cape Cod

Hi Friends,

If you follow this blog then you know that I live in Florida now, but I grew up on the Cape. I am originally from Duxbury, Massachusetts one of the prettiest coastal towns you will ever lay eyes on. Then we moved to Yarmouthport on the Cape, close to where this house is located in Barnstable, Massachusetts. When I was in college, I remember counting the days until summer break, because I was Cape-bound. One of my favorite things to do was to get on my bicycle and explore the beautiful side streets off of 6A ( the back road that goes east and west through the Cape) . I fell in love with the beautiful side streets here, every house was a treasure. Little salt water ponds and rambling roses, sea grass and wildflowers guided my way. Maybe, that is when I truly fell head over heels with architecture, landscape design and interior design. As a youngster, I am pretty sure during one my bike rides, I must of had the pleasure of seeing Salten Point. I love this area, and I love that I can share this beautiful Cape-style home with you’ll designed by LDa Architecture and Interiors.
