The property were this house was built was originally a motel located in a historic area of a downtown Cape Cod Village. When the owner’s purchased this property, they understood the corner lot property in this prominent downtown village had to align with the neighborhood’s coastal charm. So, on their wish list they wanted the architect to design a home that passer-by’s would think “wow” and have gorgeous curb appeal. I would say the architect and design team of Polhemus Savery DaSilva did not disappoint. Beginning with the beautiful landscape of this property and this gorgeous architectural style: which is a mix classic Cape Cod shingle-style and farmhouse. This home exterior just beckons you to stop and say to yourself “That is a truly a magnificent house.” Thank you for stopping by today.
