House Tour-A Glamorous Osterville Beach House

When I came across this glamorous beach house in Osterville, I was blown away! This house is designed by the architectural firm of Catalano Architects of Boston, Massachusetts. I have lived in Osterville, and this Cape Cod town is a beautiful place to live. Osterville is off the beaten path from the busiest Cape roads, so even during the crazy tourist season, it remains quiet and quaint. Summers in Osterville, are just like you would imagine a Cape Cod summer is like, biking down beautiful country roads leading to white sandy beaches, stopping by for ice cream on the way home, the sound of crickets as the sun sets, the smell of a neighbors charcoal grill making you so hungry…..but my favorite time of year in Osterville is Christmas, the downtown village is decorated in plenty of Christmas cheer, and the boutiques, shops and restaurants are usually blanketed in snow…the town looks like a page out of a Dicken’s novel. This town is a haven for families with old-money, the town has long been known for its sprawling oceanfront estates, beautiful marshes, bays and beaches. The inlets are full of one incredible sail boat after another….so Beach Pretty. I hope you enjoy this spectacular beach house. :)
