This Beautiful Home with Historical Character and Modern Charm Architect is another picture perfect Beach Pretty home. Richard Leggin designed the house’s exterior to compliment the historical charm of the other homes located in the Palisades neighborhood of Washington, D.C.. As well as the interior design team, Anderson Wier Studio, who designed the interior of the house with a mix of old and new.
