House Tour-This Malibu Sanctuary is so Beach Pretty
Hi Beach Pretty Friends,
The owner of this fixer-upper on the coast of California was influenced by the architecture and style of the South of France. Working with interior designer, Judith Gill Scheley, and architect, Paul Brant Williger she designed a bright, open and comfortable beauty in Malibu.
Keeping with the landscape design in the South of France, landscape architect, Clark and White Landscape, added fruitless olive trees and dark green and gray plants. Throughout the exterior and interior artisan stonework, antique tile, and recycled barnyard beams bring you back in time.
The back of the home has floor to ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the Pacific ocean and the gorgeous reconfigured pool. This house was a new beginning for the owner and the designed team designed a home with old-world charm… A beautiful place to call home. Builder: Babineu Construction Photography: Amy Bartlam
Until next time,
