The Ultimate Contemporary Lake House in Seattle
A Contemporary Lake house in Seattle designed by Mowery Marsh Architects and Kaylen Flugel Design. They began the renovation by opening up the the interior of the space, by removing interior walls, cutting back the floor of the upper level, revealing floor to walls black steel framed windows. The wall of windows brings the outdoors indoors and bathes the house in plenty of natural light. The upper mezzanine overlooks the incredibly beautiful modern kitchen and living area. The designer’s were able to create a modern interior with clean lines, transitional furniture, reflective concrete floors and industrial accents and still were able to make the interior of the house tranquil and warm by implementing natural materials and plenty of natural light. Gorgeous!

Black and white artwork take center stage in this neutral cozy stylish sitting room.
The expansive kitchen is a masterpiece in style, carrara marble backspash, darkest black stained cabinetry, an polished concrete floors, and lux brass accents. The natural wood plank ceiling and black industrial beams adds warmth to the kitchen.
The living area is a giant sunroom with floor to ceiling windows that opens up the view of the lush Seattle greenery. The two story white fireplace is eye-catching focal point, a cozy place to warm up on rainy days in Washington.
A gorgeous white on white bathroom, white carrera marble finishes the bathroom vanity accented with brass hardware.
A chic roof top balcony is like a tree fort in the woods.
