This house was designed by the talented duo Brooke + Steve Giannetti, owner’s of the very successful design team Giannetti Home. Steve is the architect and Brooke the interior designer. The back of the house is a wall of windows to give the owner’s a postcard view of the Pacific ocean from every room. The interior of the house is a blend of rustic charm, timeless antiques and modern elements. The ceiling beams and hardwood floors are stained to match the local driftwood, and the furnishing and interior of the home’s color palette is a blend of sandy neutrals, oatmeal and aqua blue which creates a tranquil and timeless interior. If being footsteps to the beach doesn’t make this house the perfect beach house to host weekend get-away, then wait until you see the European-influenced courtyard…a spectacular beauty.
