In partnership with THIS OLD HOUSE®, Sweenor Builders constructed a one-of-a-kind coastal home in the bucolic seaside neighborhood of East Matunuck Farms in South Kingstown, RI. The 3,200-square-foot, three-story shingle style residence is the third annual Idea House from the brand known as the nation’s trusted adviser on home renovations. Perfect for a growing family or empty nesters who want to entertain, the home features durable, weatherproof, energy-efficient materials and a range of state-of-the art amenities. Its’ unique custom bunk room won an award in the 2017 Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA) by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in the Specialty Room category.
