This beach house is located in Newport Beach in California.  The designers of this house is Blackband Design, led by owners Greg and Wendy Blackband, and are known for their fresh, sophisticated and unpretentious style. Specializing in combining traditional pieces with more current elements, they create environments that are polished and inviting with a splash of eclectic. I call this house sick because it has everything you could imagine on your dream house checklist.  Starting with  the gorgeous views of the Pacific ocean, an amazing outside living area with a dream pool and grilling area, a personal massage room, a private work-out room, and my favorite is the marble built in dog bowls...seriously so epic....this is a  beach pretty sick house.
