House Tour-The Perfect House on A Perfect Island
Hi Friends,
There is something so beautiful about the Mediterranean style that pulls at my heart strings..bright pink bougainvillea’s, olive trees and rosemary plants litter the landscape and add to the old-world charm of the stone-lined houses that line the shore of the seashore. The porches, terraces and courtyards are always where the families spend the most time together, decorated with large wooden tables, wicker and rattan chairs, pretty linens, and fresh flowers. As you enter through the gracefully arched doorways, the interiors are always warm and inviting…I think we could learn a lot from their culture, they just understand how to relax and enjoy the beauty of where they live and that the most important thing in life is spending time daily with family and friends. This house is near Santanyí, in the southeast of the island of Mallorca, which is located of the country of Spain. The house was built and designed by the architect Amador Calafat-Busquets . He lives and works in Germany and whenever he gets a chance he and his family heads to this island escape. They definitely live Beach Pretty! Until next time,
xoxo,
