Cape Neddick on the Coast of Maine is in the town of York, Maine. The owner’s spent summers visiting an aunt in Oquinquit, Maine, and fell in the love with the scenic rugged coastaline. Years later they purchased a five acre piece of land with the incredible view of the Atlantic coast they treasured in year’s past. They parcel of land had a tri-gabled house with tons of potential to expand. They hired the Salmon Falls Architecture to expand the existing home in every direction, and also hired interior designer Lisa Teague, of Upcoast Design, to consult with the owner’s to design the “cloud-like” coastal interior of the house.
