A Peaceful Summer Lake House

Hi Friends,

I can imagine the memories made at this lake house, “The Family Lodge", designed by Smith & Vansant Architects. In the back of the house you can enjoy your morning coffee on the large screened porch that overlooks the lake, and decide if you feel like canoeing today, or maybe a leisurely paddle boat ride, or get the gang and go for motor boat cruise. My favorite room in the lake house is the kitchen, I can just imagine getting home from a fun day on the water, opening the windows and letting the fresh summer air in, prepping dinner in the light-infused kitchen and watching the kids fishing on the dock.
