Interior Designer Mark J. Williams, was commissioned to design the interior of this beach house in Del Mar, California for a pro-football player and his family.  He realized from the onset the pro-football player expected the house to be beautiful and function efficiently.  So, he, "approached this house like a modern yacht at high sea.
