Set on a hill overlooking a scenic harbor, this new old house is designed to have the rambling feeling of an antique-its lines are dynamic and the roof line rises and falls with interesting corners and details.  But the plan was conceived to accommodate modern features and amenities, ready to be enjoyed year-round.  A pool terrace invites play and relaxation during sunny summer days,while an interior courtyard wraps around a trio of mature beech trees, creating a sheltered outdoor space for windy days and shoulder seasons.  Inside, contemporary details place the house firmly in this century.
