I love the romance of pink and the softness of gray.   If you love this color combination as much as I do, using this color scheme will add femininity to your interior.  When  you are decorating with pink and gray be subtle, especially if you are living with your guy,  this color combo can work for both sexes, if you add the color pink to your room's decor artfully....
