Hi Friends,
Soon my daughter is starting the process of building a pool in her backyard, and as with any new project you have to ask yourself so many questions. The shape of the pool, where to place it and what is the style or vibe do you want to create. It is a very big decision-so I suggested to her that she starts a vision board. So she started a board on her Pinterest page, which is a great platform to save your favorite ideas to. Three of my favorite patio styles are: Elegant Classic White, Sophisticated Modern and Coastal Blue. I truly love them all, but you need to consider what is the style of the interior and exterior of the house. If you have a contemporary house on South Beach in Miami, then your poolside needs to be sleek and modern. Coastal blues would create a relaxed laid-back vibe and would complement a poolside lake house. A classic shingle-style beach house would only be fitting to dress the poolside patio in elegant classic white. I hope I have you dreaming of your next pool party..I know I am.
