Ken Linsteadt Architects were hired to reinvent a gorgeous estate in California. The 2-acre property features beautiful mature oak trees and an incredible stone terrace garden leading to the pool house and outdoor living area.

The architects first priority was to improve the flow of the layout of the interior of the house. As you can see they succeeded. The house exudes a laid-back sophistication that is perfect for the California lifestyle.
