This sprawling glamorous modern farmhouse is exquisite. This house is fifteen minutes from New Smyrna Beach in Florida. The beautiful home is designed by Interior Designed Brianna Michelle Interior Design. The designer calls it a Modern Farmhouse, but honestly, I find it a mix of California cool and Modern Coastal Design. Every room is effortlessly cool, beginning with the glamorous chic kitchen, in door bar, laundry room fitted with a shower for washing the dogs, an amazing outdoor living area. The focal point of this gorgeous kitchen is the Moroccan tile backsplash with white open kitchen shelves that is surrounded by vertical nickel joint planks that yield a seamless transition from the range backsplash to the counter-to-ceiling matte white tile on the adjacent wall.
White upholstered stools sit on wood floors at marble countertop accenting a black center island lit by white and black conical pendants.
The dining room features two walnut dining tables that can seat 12 people comfortably. Surrounding the table are upholstered Belgian linen chairs. The dining tables is illuminated by a deconstructed, modern, aged brass chandelier with glass orbs.
This great room is a versatile living area with two living spaces, a vaulted wood beam ceiling features a magnificent by a 24-inch chandelier of hand-rubbed antique brass and clear glass, featuring a living finish that patinas over time. A large gray sofa topped with cream pillows provides plenty of seating.
The primary bedroom features a four-post bed frame, with an aluminum canopy and velvet headboard. On either side of the bed are two three-drawer cream chests. The black steel windows are fitted with motorized shades that create peaceful sleeping conditions.
A cozy nook in the primary bedroom, features an upholstered wing chair accented with a plush sheepskin pillow. On the wall a photograph of the nearby beach.
The primary bathroom features a white oak floating vanity, a polished water-jet marble laid in a chevron pattern flooring. Tucked away by a partial wall is a freestanding tub creating a spa-like vibe.
A large floral art piece hangs from a pale pink wall facing a white and pink bed accented with a white comforter and pink throw and lit by a bubble gum pink lamp placed on a white nightstand.
How glam is this little white waterfall desk and a dusty rose pink upholstered chair.
This outdoor conversation set dark gray rattan chairs with a round beige outdoor coffee table and a gray plank ceiling. The adjacent wall features a covered outdoor grilling station.
